  1. YES!!!! I try to tell people this, but they don’t listen. They like to invent a false Jesus who doesn’t exist.

This is an important point! Please think about it.

  3. Definitely goes along with what I blogged about today. So very true! Thanks for sharing! May I reblog this?

  4. You are exactly right on this one. Watered down truth is ruining our nation, especially our youth.

  5. Too true, and tragic.

If the gospel of Jesus Christ is watered down it means that we are preaching cheap grace. When we preach cheap grace, where is the power of the cross?
Cheap grace is a deadly enemy of the Church. Cheap grace means the justification of sin without the justification of the sinner. Cheap grace is the grace we bestow on ourselves. Cheap grace is the preaching of forgiveness without requiring repentance. Oh how so deceptive! Cheap grace is grace without discipleship, grace without the cross, grace without Jesus Christ. As far as I am concerned, grace isn’t cheap. The blood of Jesus is not cheap!
What shall we say [to all this]? Are we to remain in sin in order that God’s grace (favor and mercy) may multiply and overflow? Certainly not! How can we who died to sin live in it any longer? – Romans 6:1-2 AMP

  7. Deep! Thanks for sharing. I had to reblog

  8. yes. yes. yes. I am so sad to say…yes. This is what’s being done to the Word of God. We’ve now gotten caught up in the ultimate trap of editing it to suit our fancy…listening to the oldest lie ever hissed…”Did God really say?

  9. I love these memes MSB, but I’m gonna need you to start actually writing again. No pressure. LOL, just kidding. Write when you’re led and ready 🙂 Warm hugs and blessings from VA!

  10. Yeah, that part always seems to get left out. Good post, my friend.

  11. Sin is a reproach to any nation. Time for a national spiritual awakening?
