The beauty of children

kristinapimenovaTruly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven — Matt 18:3 NIV.

Children have joy. They make friends. They forgive. The love life. They’re trusting. They’re not cynical. They don’t know pride. They are innocent.

Have we become so sophisticated that we are out of touch with God?

  1. wow, those are the eyes of Christ looking back at you…just wow
Christ in us is the hope of glory!

  2. I love how Jesus welcomed them into His presence, and they wanted to be with Him. At 45 years old, I can still seek Him like a child and cling to Him and know how much I am loved and cherished and desired by Him, The God of the universe. Yes, Jesus loves me, the Bible tells me so. I was just singing this sweet song the other day when I was alone in my car. 😃
Continually praying for you and your family & ministry.

That is a pertinent question. Sometimes, I really think we have. And it is a mindset attempting to rob those innocent children as well these days. My burden is to surrender in child-like faith to my Daddy God and hopefully demonstrate that simplicity to my own precious babes.

  4. They are also obnoxious, blurters of uncomfortable truths (WHY IS THAT MAN SO FAT?!?!?!) and frequently poop their pants. Tehhee I have three. 😉

  5. Kids are the best. I don’t have any of my own, but I raised my nephew practically from birth til age 13. I love that young man so much. ❤
