#GiveMarriageAChance

It makes me wonder, Why would anybody get divorced? Things just get better — if you’re willing to work on them. Why would anybody do anything else?

  1. AMEN & CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! Your testimony needs to be heard. Too many Christians are giving up and getting divorced. Thank you for sharing. Hope to hear more!!! ❤

  2. Congratulations… May your marriage grow stronger every day.

  3. Ahhhh, congratulations and Amen! Marriage is a real blessing and full of surprises. I had no idea that it could just get better and better, but it really has. 😉

  4. Congrats in advance and God bless you and yours!

  5. My husband and I have been married for over 38 years, and he, thankfully, keeps saying, 20 more years. Now that’s a positive attitude. Thank you for reading my latest post on abortion and liking it. May God bless us for the battle that we endure during this time here on earth notwithstanding the blessings of marriage.

  6. Sam and I are going to be 20 in October! Amen, Gods grace has seen us through and the unity He builds put Hollywood romance to shame! Congrats to you and your wife!
Grace and peace in Yeshua the Messiah!

  7. Congratulations, and may you have many more blessed years together in the Lord.

  8. Totally agree. 46 years for us this past June. Amazing how fast it’s gone.

  9. Amen and amen. I’m counseling a guy at this point whose marriage is in real danger, and his immediate boss, who is divorced and recently remarried, is telling him , “You DON’T want to discard your marriage!” It’s good when even non-Christians give the right advice out of their own painful experience.

  10. Congratulations on your Anniversary! May you have 25 and then some years ahead. Love is a wonderful thing and when you work and fight to keep the love alive, it is even better. Enjoy each other, enjoy life!

  11. Congratulations to you both! To the next wonderful years together. Bless you both!

  12. Congratulations. May the favor of God and His protection be with you in the name of Jesus Christ

  13. Congratulations and blessings to both of you!!

  14. August 5, 2015 would have been our 20th wedding anniversary IF we were still married! Why would people do something other than work on their marriage together? A marriage takes two people who are willing to work at it together. Unfortunately some marriages don’t work because only one of the two is willing. Congrats on keeping it together; may God continue to bless you and keep you – as you enjoy 25 more years 🙂

  15. Because people are not realistic. If you always think the grass is greener on the other side, it will be.

Well you have a valid point but both persons have to be willing to put in the work. Things often go sideways when only one person is trying and the other is abusive or off doing something else!

Congrats to you and your lovely wife. You’ve been blessed!

  17. Yes! When you follow God into marriage, He truly blesses you!

  18. Society is a very steep slippery slope and the devil has such a great disguise to trick even some of the most devout to try it out. Let us pray for you and your marriage and also for all Christian marriage that Christ will be the bond that holds it all together. God bless!!!

  19. My wife and I celebrated our 46th anniversary this past Saturday, the 5th of September
